Training for professional and personal development
At CEMOI we encourage all our staff, at all levels to participate in the training courses available, for their professional and personal development. We propose qualifying training courses and encourage employee initiative. To maintain and develop the group’s chocolate expertise, several specific training courses are available:
Practical chocolate courses:
- “Chocolatier CEMOI”: This course is aimed at developing production operators’ product & process knowledge and the use of other improvement tools.
Aim: to develop and encourage initiative, adaptability & team work. At the end of the course the participants have the possibility of obtaining a qualification certificate.
- “Chococourt” (Management)
Aim: to develop chocolate knowledge and “vocabulary”.
Management training:
- Certificate of Qualification: Team managers
Aim: to improve management performance, team coordination, control and corrective action response.
- Internal training: Employment Law initiation, annual appraisal, etc.
Qualifying training (Further education):
