As a chocolate specialist Cemoi produces from bean to bar 200,000 tons of chocolate every year. Our industrial capacity and specialisation of each of our factories are our force. With 11 units in France, 1 in Germany, Poland and Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), all our factories are ISO 9001 certified and the majority are also IFS and adhere to HACCP management standards for food safety.
