Industrial activity

The Cemoi group has been present on the industrial chocolate market for more than
10 years now.
Being present up until then on the permanent and seasonal finished product markets only this was an obvious choice for us to diversify and re-balance the activities of the group.

The group’s flexibility and our capacity to meet customer expectations, along with important investment have led our DIPA INDUSTRIE subsidiary to become the second largest manufacturer on the French market and third ranking on the European market (not including semi-finished products).

We have 4 industrial units:

• Chocolaterie de l’Abbaye in Tinchebray (61)
• Chocolaterie d’Aquitaine in Begles (33)
• Chocolaterie Moulin d’Or in Bourbourg (59)
• GRYF in SZCZECIN (Poland)

With our factory in Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) we can guarantee vertical integration of our production process and total control of the cocoa manufacturing process ensuring the quality of our products.

DIPA INDUSTRIE offers a complete range of products adapted to the specific requirements of chocolate makers, confectioners, biscuit, dairy and ice cream makers:

• couverture chocolate: plain, milk or white delivered in 24 ton tanks, chips or bars,
• cocoa powders and roller powders,
• fillings and glazes,
• decoration and inclusions,
• cocoa liquor and butter.

Our extensive range of adapted packaging means that we can supply, according to their requirements, large industrialists and also smaller bakers, confectioners, restaurants and other specialists alike.

All our factories are certified ISO 9001 and the majority of our factories are also IFS and HACCP accredited. As a result, all our products are manufactured in compliance with recognized international food safety standards.
